Delivery

We use a variety of delivery methods to ensure not only the best price but also the most appropriate delivery for our products. We are currently able to deliver to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. For Overseas order enquiries, please contact us at grace@millyandmolly.co.uk.

For our bakery products, in particular our cakes and cupcakes, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm™. This ensures maximum freshness. This delivery method costs £8.50. We are also able to offer Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class, if this method is preferred, although we are unable to guarantee next day delivery. The cost is £4.40. You will have the option to select delivery method during completion of your order. A signature is required upon receipt of these products. If you are not in to accept delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure prompt collection of the cake(s) from the holding depot. We strongly recommend collection as soon as possible as these products need to be stored in the correct conditions due to the fresh nature of the produce, and their limited shelf life.

For all other products (including bakery products not outlined above), our standard delivery charge is £4.40 (Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class). A signature is required upon receipt of these products. Should a higher delivery charge apply, in particular to heavy or bulky items (for example dog beds), we will advise you of this prior to processing your order.

For all orders you will receive a notification e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Milly & Molly will process and send your goods as quickly as possible, usually within 1 – 3 business days. Personalised bakery items have different delivery time frames as these products are made to order.

Milly & Molly are unable to accept liability for the unsuccessful delivery of goods, or indeed delay to delivery through circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Returns

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Milly & Molly order. However, if you are not completely satisfied upon receipt of your order, please contact us immediately at grace@millyandmolly.co.uk.

You will have up until 7 days of receipt of your order to cancel and return items. Any item(s) returned to us for refund must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition and have no evidence of damage or use. You will be responsible for the delivery costs associated with returning an item, and we request that any item(s) be posted via Signed For delivery to ensure that we can guarantee delivery. Milly & Molly are unable to take responsibility for any delivery that is lost or undelivered during return.

Should all of the above conditions be met, a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, given the nature of our personalised bakery items (cakes and cupcakes), we are unable to offer a refund on these items unless faulty. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Please contact us if you wish to discuss returning a personalised item at grace@millyandmolly.co.uk. When contacting us, please include the following information: full name, order reference number, contact telephone number, detail(s) of the product(s) you wish to return, reason for return. If we are able to accept your return, we will contact you by return email with details of how to return the item.

Refunds can only be made to the card or method of payment used during purchase. Milly & Molly aim to process refunds as soon as possible, at least within 30 days of receipt of the product(s) returned.
